Play conditions
Read any activity, turnover or game-eligibility condition before using the credit. A headline percentage does not explain how much activity may be required before a balance becomes withdrawable.
Expiry and cancellation
Record the start time, expiry, inactivity rule and circumstances that can cancel the offer. Do not assume unused promotional credit stays available indefinitely.
Withdrawal effect
Check whether requesting a withdrawal can remove an active bonus, reduce promotional credit or require a completed condition. Compare total balance with the currently withdrawable amount.
Evidence and support
Save the terms visible when the offer is accepted. If a dispute occurs, use the verified support route and provide the offer name, time and account reference without sharing passwords, OTPs or wallet credentials.
